“Portraits” - TESTIMONIAL SERIES
Experience the adventures of a variety of customers as they utilize your products to do what they love most. From the perspectives of families to young explorers to seasoned professionals, these video portraits will visualize the many reasons why your products are an important tool in their passions.

OVERVIEW
OBJECTIVE: Create awareness, discussion, and engagement with your products and brand across a wide range of audiences.
APPROACH: Create an ecosystem of content using customer experiences/stories and show them using your products in awe-inpiring environments.
WHY?: We believe the age of talking-head customer testimonials is behind us. This series takes the customer testimonial to a whole new level by actually placing viewers inside of the customer’s world. Each video in this series will target a different section of your audience while also expanding your customer base into new markets. (see section value & target audience).
DELIVERABLES: (1) supercut combining all testimonials (2 minutes) ; (7-10) individual testimonials (2 minutes each). Also an option for (3-5) television ads (30 and 60 seconds each).
DISTRIBUTION: Because of the entertainment value of this series, they can be used across the entire spectrum of marketing funnels. Specifically, social media, google ads, email, website, and even short television ads.

Concept
What are the people that use your products like? Why do they use the products and what do they love about them? How do your products support their passions and way of life? How does your brand represent these people? These are the kinds of questions your market will be asking themselves and what we’ll be answering in this series. Our aim is to create content that tells stories and that viewers can relate to on a personal level. A sort of “portrait” of your customers that viewers get to admire. In a nutshell, each video will focus on an individual and their passion; we’ll get to step into their shoes for a few minutes and be inspired by the fuel that keeps them going.

APPROACH
Luckily the execution of this series is fairly uncomplicated. We’d set up an interview with each subject (see potential subjects below), and follow them throughout the day with a production crew to capture them interacting with your products and doing what they love. In order for this to feel as natural as possible, we’ll approach this as if we’re filming a documentary about each subject. We’d have a few camera teams capturing different perspectives to add interest and variation to the edit. Take a look at the video reference below for examples of this style.

VALUE & TARGET AUDIENCE
The value of this series is found in it’s “prove it” approach to customer testimonials. Not only do we hear customer’s talking about your products, but we get to see and experience it in real-life environments. Our aim is to build trust with your audience and connect them to those already using your products. Furthermore, the idea that each video will focus on a different, unique subject creates an opportunity to capitalize on new areas of your market. With further conversation we can thoughtfully map out each video and who it is representing. The series as a whole will target a broad range of people from everyday humans to professionals.
